Invites sealed bids through e Pak Acquisition and Disposal System EPADS for procurement of plant and machinery including citrus tree transplanting machine quantity 1 estimated cost 14700000 PKR potting media sterilizer quantity 2 estimated cost 6000000 PKR atomic absorption spectrophotometer quantity 1 estimated cost 20000000 PKR and tractor 85 HP with accessories quantity 1 estimated cost 4800000 PKR total estimated cost 45500000 PKR with bid security 3 percent for each item - bidding documents available on EPADS agriculture department and PPRA websites - procurement will follow single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended - bids must be submitted online on EPADS on or before 18-05-2026 at 11:00 AM along with scanned bid security and original bid security submitted physically before deadline - bids will be opened on same day at 11:30 AM - bidders must quote for full quantity of each item and prices must be inclusive of all taxes freight etc conditional or incomplete bids will not be accepted and authority may reject bids under rule 35
