Procure drugs medicines surgical disposable items janitorial services and security services under multiple tenders for financial year 2026-27 - bidding conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bidders must be registered with income and sales tax departments and submit bids electronically - earnest money 2 percent of estimated cost required in acceptable financial instruments and original must be submitted before closing - bids will be opened in presence of bidders after submission deadlines as scheduled Pro Tip Ensure submission of both technical and financial proposals with required bid security to avoid rejection
