Procure farm inputs and chemicals including fertilizers micro nutrients insecticides and utility chemicals under framework contract in multiple lots with full quantities as specified - bidding conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bidders must be registered with NTN STRN and active taxpayers list and submit bids electronically with 5 percent bid security - original bid security must be submitted before deadline - bids will be opened publicly after submission deadline and incomplete bids will not be accepted Pro Tip Submit complete lot wise bids with proper bid security and ensure compliance with all eligibility requirements
