Construction and establishment of Sahulat on the Go Bazaars across multiple clusters including Lahore Gujranwala Rawalpindi Gujrat Multan DG Khan Faisalabad Sargodha Bahawalpur and Sahiwal with civil works infrastructure development and associated facilities under framework contract on item rate basis - procurement conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Procurement Regulations 2024 - bidders must be PEC licensed with required categories and submit separate technical and financial bids electronically - bid security required as specified and hard copy submission mandatory - pre bid meeting scheduled prior to submission and bids will be opened on same day after deadline Pro Tip Ensure PEC eligibility compliance and attend pre bid meeting while submitting complete electronic and physical bid documents
