Procurement of uniform articles protective clothing mobil oil stationery computer stationery and general store items under annual framework contract for financial year 2025-26 - E-bids are invited from authorized firms distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments - Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope bidding procedure - Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in the form of CDR is mandatory - Successful bidder shall submit 10 percent performance guarantee - Rates shall be inclusive of GST and PST and remain valid till 30-06-2026 - Minimum one year warranty with free replacement service and maintenance is required - Delivery must be completed within 15 days after issuance of supply order - Procuring authority reserves the right to enhance quantity or reject bids under PPRA Rules 2014.
