Procurement for Establishment of Stream Labs in Existing Model Schools under ADP No. 570 through lot wise execution comprising LOT 01 Karachi Region LOT 02 Hyderabad-I Region LOT 03 Hyderabad-II Region LOT 04 Sukkur Region LOT 05 Larkana Region LOT 06 Mirpurkhas Region and LOT 07 Shaheed Benazirabad Region under School Education and Literacy Department Government of Sindh - Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under SPPRA Rules 2010 Amended up to date - Interested firms must be registered with NTN GST FBR and other relevant authorities and possess relevant experience - Bidders must indicate participating Lot Number otherwise bid shall be considered non responsive - Bid security amounts include PKR 5400000 for Karachi Region PKR 6000000 for Hyderabad-I Region PKR 4600000 for Hyderabad-II Region PKR 5000000 for Sukkur Region PKR 3400000 for Larkana Region PKR 1400000 for Mirpurkhas Region and PKR 3400000 for Shaheed Benazirabad Region - Tender fee is PKR 5000 for each lot - Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and original bid securities along with original E-Stamps and Pay Orders must reach office of Project Director PMIU SERP-II SID by 20-05-2026 up to 02:30 PM - Technical bids shall be opened on same day at 03:00 PM - In case of non responsiveness fresh submission date shall be 05-06-2026 up to 02:30 PM with opening at 03:00 PM - Procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids under SPPRA Rules.
