Construction of Boundary Wall and Watch Towers around the newly allotted adjacent land to the Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar under Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014 amended up to date - Estimated cost is PKR 31.274 Million and earnest money is 2 percent of estimated cost in shape of Bank Draft or Call Deposit in favor of Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar - Mandatory registrations include Pakistan Engineering Council Category C-5 or above KPRA registration FBR STRN and NTN registration and all other mandatory requirements mentioned in tender documents - Pre bid meeting shall be held at IMSciences Peshawar on 14-05-2026 at 11:00 AM - Bids shall be submitted through EPADS by 20-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened same day at 11:30 AM - Estimated cost is based on MRS-2025 First Bi Annual items and non MRS items - Incomplete overwriting disfigured conditional or late bids shall be declared non responsive.
