Asset Performance Management System Installation Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply installation configuration testing and commissioning of Asset Performance Management System for 100 KVA and 200 KVA distribution transformers along with allied materials and services under National Competitive Bidding financed through local funds on FCS basis for delivery within LESCO jurisdiction. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS from pre qualified suppliers manufacturers and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bidding documents containing specifications drawings procurement procedures bid security requirements performance guarantees and evaluation criteria are available on E-PADS PPRA and LESCO websites. Electronic bids must be uploaded on E-PADS while only bid bond or guarantee shall be submitted physically before closing time. Pre bid meeting shall be held on 13 May 2026 at Room No 312 LESCO Headquarters Lahore. Bids shall be opened electronically on the same day after submission deadline.
