Bulk Purchase Medicines Biologicals Medical Devices Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement for bulk purchase of medicines biologicals medical devices surgical disposable items and implants for financial year 2026-27 through E-PAD under PPRA Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Interested manufacturers sole agents and sole importers having established technical financial and managerial capabilities are eligible to participate. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding process in accordance with Health Department Punjab and PPRA guidelines. Bidders are required to submit original bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated price in the form of CDR Demand Draft Pay Order or Bank Guarantee and upload scanned copy on E-PAD. Company profile technical engineering managerial capabilities after sales services past experience and performance details must be submitted with technical bid. Samples of all quoted items are mandatory within specified period otherwise bids shall be rejected. Successful bidders shall furnish 5 percent performance guarantee after contract signing. All taxes shall apply as per rules and only one best value offer should be uploaded by each participant.
