Pedo Security Services Malakand3 2026 Tender Notice
Description
Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization PEDO invites sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope procedure for hiring of security firms for Malakand-III Hydropower Complex initially for one year. Eligible bidders must hold Ministry of Interior license SECP registration and NOC from Home and Tribal Affairs Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must also be registered with FBR and KPRA. Bidding documents may be obtained upon submission of written application with non refundable fee of PKR 2000 in favor of GM Hydel Securities PEDO. Bid security equal to 2 percent of price bid in shape of Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee valid for 28 days beyond bid validity is mandatory. Electronic bids through EPADS and sealed hard copies must be submitted by 21 May 2026 at 1100 Hrs and will be opened same day at 1130 Hrs at PEDO House Hayatabad Peshawar.
