Laptops Provision Comsats Tender Notice
Description
Provision of laptops for public sector university through Single Stage Single-Envelope procurement method using EPADS electronic procurement platform. Income Tax and GST registered firms on Active Taxpayer List are eligible to participate with mandatory bid security of PKR 100,000 in form of Call Deposit or Bank Draft. Complete tendering process shall be conducted through EPADS with hard copy submission requirements at COMSATS University Islamabad. Bid validity shall remain 60 days and bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM in presence of participating bidders. Pro Tip: Laptop suppliers should ensure EPADS registration compliance and submit both electronic and physical bid documents before deadline.
