Construction Academic Block Second Floor Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction works for Academic Block-II Part-A second floor under PSDP New Scheme Development of University of Okara including civil construction activities and related building development works at University of Okara. Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 or above are eligible to participate through single stage two envelope procurement procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated project cost is Rs.31,739,639 with earnest money amounting to Rs.1,586,982 and project completion period of 06 months. Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online through EPADS portal by 20.05.2026 before 2:00 PM and technical bids shall be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later after written communication. Original bid security in shape of Call Deposit Receipt Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Project Director University of Okara must be physically submitted before bid closing time along with copy attached in technical bid. Incomplete or conditional bids shall not be considered and bids may be rejected on non-compliance with evaluation criteria. Procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules.
