Procurement Horticulture Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of horticulture machinery through sealed bids from suppliers distributors manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appearing on active taxpayers list. Procurement shall be conducted under single stage one envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 amended up to date. Bidders are required to register on EPADS portal and submit completed signed and stamped bidding documents electronically through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. Estimated procurement cost is Rs.2,550,058 with mandatory bid security amounting to Rs.51,002 in shape of Bank Guarantee Call Deposit Receipt Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of PIEDMC Sundar Industrial Estate. Original bid security must be submitted in BOM-SIE office before bid opening date along with PDF attachment in electronic bid. Online bid submission deadline is 21.05.2026 before 11:00 AM and bids shall be opened on same date at 11:50 AM. Incomplete unsigned unstamped late or improperly submitted bids shall not be considered. Procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids prior to acceptance under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
