Electrical Safety Flood Lights Sports Ground Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Supply installation and maintenance works at Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology including supply and installation of power factor correction panels 11KV HT trolley accessories and electrical safety enhancements - repair and maintenance of basketball ground - supply and installation of flood lights for security purposes at different locations of KFUEIT Rahim Yar Khan. Engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and codes are eligible to participate through PPRA E-Tendering System. Contractors must upload earnest money in shape of CDR equal to 5 percent of estimated or bid cost in favor of Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Technology Rahim Yar Khan and submit original CDR before opening time. Procurement includes estimated cost of Rs.3.15 million with earnest money Rs.158,061 for electrical enhancements - Rs.1.293 million with earnest money Rs.64,629 for basketball ground repair - Rs.1.747 million with earnest money Rs.87,350 for flood light installation. Bids shall be retrieved and opened on 01.06.2026 at 10:15 AM in the office of Director Planning and Development KFUEIT. Incomplete financial bids blank BOQs or fake documents shall result in disqualification and blacklisting recommendations to PPRA and PEC.
