Infrastructure Development Signature Tower Block Works Tender Notice
Description
Infrastructure development works for Signature Tower Block-02 at Chahar Bagh Phase-I including high end landscaping aesthetic canal with dancing fountains water supply sewerage system parking areas and allied infrastructure works complete in all respects as per approved specifications and standards. Ravi Urban Development Authority invites sealed bids through single stage two envelope procedure under RUDA Procurement Regulations 2022. Interested contractors may obtain bidding documents from office of Executive Director Engineering Wing RUDA upon submission of written application and payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000 through bank draft in favor of Ravi Urban Development Authority. Bid security amounting to Rs.13,500,000 in shape of Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee from scheduled bank is mandatory and valid for 28 days beyond bid validity date. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 11.05.2026 at 12:00 PM and bids must be submitted before 21.05.2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids shall be opened on same date at 12:30 PM in presence of bidder representatives. Pro Tip: Infrastructure contractors should submit complete technical and financial proposals with valid bid security and attend pre-bid meeting for clarification on landscaping and infrastructure scope.
