Infrastructure Development Of Signature Tower Block 02 Phase Tender Notice
Description
Infrastructure development works comprising high end landscaping aesthetic canal with dancing fountains water supply sewerage system parking areas and allied infrastructure complete in all respects under approved specifications and standards. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with procurement regulations 2022. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 11-05-2026 at 12:00 PM. Bid submission deadline is 21-05-2026 at 12:00 PM with bid opening at 12:30 PM on the same day. Bid security amount is Rs.13,500,000 in shape of Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee valid for 28 days beyond bid validity period. Bidding documents may be purchased after five calendar days from advertisement date upon written request and payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000 in form of bank draft. Each bidder may submit only one bid either individually or as partner in joint venture.
