Procurement of machinery and equipment for Punjab Socio-Economic Registry under Punjab Social Protection Authority through single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids are invited from suppliers manufacturers and firms registered with relevant authorities Income Tax Sales Tax and EPADS. Procurement includes Split Air Conditioners and Floor Standing Cabinet ACs Lot-1 estimated Rs.4,250,700 with bid security Rs.212,535 Smart Android LED TVs Lot-2 estimated Rs.3,793,000 with bid security Rs.189,650 Refrigerators Water Dispensers and Microwave Ovens Lot-3 estimated Rs.659,100 with bid security Rs.32,955 Video Conference System and DSLR Cameras Lot-4 estimated Rs.1,500,000 with bid security Rs.75,000 and UPS Inverter Lithium Battery with installation Lot-5 estimated Rs.418,000 with bid security Rs.20,900. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 11.05.2026 at 11:00 AM while bids must be submitted online through EPADS before 21.05.2026 at 11:00 AM and opened same day at 11:30 AM. Original bid securities must be submitted before submission deadline in office of Project Director PSER PSPA Lahore.
