Description
Supply of IT equipment for office operations including - laptop computers with Intel Core i7 14th generation processors touchscreen displays original Windows laptop bags and warranty - desktop computers with Intel Core i5 processors SSD storage keyboard mouse and LED displays - photocopier machine with print copy scan and digital send functions A3 A4 legal and letter paper support Ethernet WiFi Direct USB interface and SSD storage - colored A3 laser printer with Ethernet WiFi and USB connectivity. Bidding shall follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure under KPPRA rules through EPADS. Bidders must possess active FBR and STRN registration status. Hard copy and electronic submission through EPADS are mandatory. Bid security of 2% in shape of bank draft or CDR in favour of CEO PEDO valid for 28 days beyond bid validity date is required. Bids will open on 21-05-2026 at 11:30 Hrs. Pro Tip: Suppliers should ensure exact compliance with hardware specifications and active tax registration status before submission.
