Procurement Of Employee Personal Data Files Tender Notice
Description
The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding process for procurement of employee data binder personal files. Bidding documents are available free of cost on EPADS and PPRA portals. Bids must be submitted through EPADS only and technical bids will be opened in presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later. Bidders are required to submit bid security minimum 2% of estimated cost in form of CDR or UC in favor of The Bank of Punjab before submission deadline and upload PDF copy with technical proposal. Prices must include all taxes and delivery charges. NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory. Pro Tip: Ensure original bid security reaches Head CPD before electronic submission deadline.
