Punjab Institute of Cardiology Lahore invites e-bids from reputed firms for procurement of medicines nuclear medicine items disposable cardiac surgery items anesthesia disposables angio cardiology medical devices electrophysiology cardiology devices and pediatric cardiology items for financial year 2026-2027 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Tender documents are available on PPRA and E-PADS portals and bids must be submitted electronically. Original refundable bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost in shape of CDR or bank guarantee must be submitted at least thirty minutes before opening time. Procurement agency reserves the right to cancel procurement process due to non-availability of funds and may modify quantities according to PPRA Rules. Technical and financial bids shall be opened as per schedule in presence of bidders. Pro Tip: Submit original bid security within stipulated time otherwise the tender shall be rejected.
