Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority TEVTA invites encrypted electronic bids under Single Stage Two Envelope national competitive bidding procedure for supply and rendering of HR services for OEP Project TEVTA. Eligible bidders registered on e-PADS and with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments may participate. Bidding documents are available free of cost on e-PADS and PPRA websites. Original bid security in favour of Chairperson TEVTA in shape of Bank Guarantee CDR Bankers Cheque Pay Order or Demand Draft must be submitted physically before closing date and time. E-bids must be uploaded through e-PADS portal only. Pro Tip: Upload e-bids well before deadline to avoid portal submission issues.
