Procurement Equipment Security Gadgets Women Jail Lahore Tender Notice
Description
Punjab Prisons invites e-bids from registered firms suppliers and distributors for procurement of equipment and security gadgets under ADP scheme Prisoners Welfare Program One at Central Jail Lahore Women Jail Lahore. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure with least cost method. Lot I includes photocopy machines air conditioners walk-in refrigerators intercom systems trolleys and related equipment with estimated cost PKR 5944900 and bid security PKR 120000. Lot II includes wireless base station hand driven siren biometric identification system and handheld metal detectors with estimated cost PKR 515910 and bid security PKR 10500. Original bid security instruments must be submitted physically before bid closing time. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 15-05-2026 at 11:00 AM. Pro Tip: Submit separate bids and separate bid securities for each lot to avoid rejection as non-responsive.
