Third Party Monitoring Validation Damage Wheat Auction Tender Notice
Description
PASSCO invites electronic proposals from eligible consulting firms companies and joint ventures for third party monitoring and validation services related to sale and auction of 8197.989 metric tons of damaged wheat under Quality and Cost Based Selection QCBS method and Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Provincial Revenue Authorities and appearing on Active Taxpayer List of FBR may participate. Bid security amounting to Rs. 500000 in shape of Pay Order Demand Draft Cashier or Bankers Cheque is mandatory. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at PASSCO Head Office Lahore.
