Auction Of Wheat Crop On As Is Basis Tender Notice
Description
Public auction for sale of wheat crop spread over 12 acres on as is where is and whatever quantity basis at Government Pak German Polytechnic Institute for Agriculture Technology Chak 5 Faiz Multan. First auction will be conducted on 02-06-2026 and second auction on 04-06-2026 at 11:00 AM before the committee at the office of the institute. Every bidder must deposit security amount of Rs.35000 along with copy of CNIC before start of bidding process and the amount shall be refundable after auction. Highest bidder shall deposit one fourth of the total bid amount on the spot and remaining amount shall be paid at the time of weighing and lifting of wheat crop. All bidders are required to bring original CNIC along with photocopy for participation. Competent authority reserves the right to cancel any bid or auction before approval.
