Medicines Related Medical Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of medicines and related medical items consisting of 54 items through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Only electronic bids are permitted and bidders must be registered on BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System. Eligible firms must possess two assignments of similar nature in previous three years turnover of at least 7000000 PKR active taxpayer registration sales tax certification SECP or Chamber of Commerce registration ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifications audit reports for last three years and non-default certificate from FBR. Bidders must provide brochure of quoted items with name of CEO Pak Oman Hospital local presence income tax returns for last three years affidavit regarding originality of documents and submission of samples. Bid security of 2 percent in form of deposit at call is mandatory.
