Archive Buildings Repair Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance works of National Archives of Pakistan buildings located in Islamabad and Karachi under procurement planned for FY 2025-26. Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders through EPADS v2.0 using single stage one envelope procedure under Public Procurement Rules 2004 with Quality and Cost Based Selection technique. E-bidding documents containing specifications terms conditions and requirements are available on EPADS for registered bidders. Bids must be accompanied either by bid security in shape of pay order or bid securing declaration in prescribed format. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only while manual submissions shall not be entertained. Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted under PPRA Rules for subject procurement. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Complete EPADS registration and attach prescribed bid security or bid securing declaration before electronic submission deadline.
