Supply Of Medicines And Injectable Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines and injectable items for tertiary care and secondary care hospitals situated in different cities of Pakistan on annual running rate contract basis under single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Sealed tenders and soft copies are invited from eligible bidders suppliers and manufacturers for supply on FOR basis and as and when required basis. Tender documents terms conditions instructions and specified proposal formats are available on PPRA website. Tender fee of PKR 2000 in shape of pay order or demand draft payable to Head LAO PAEC General Hospital Islamabad must accompany technical proposal. Bidders are required to submit duly signed stamped printouts and CD containing proposals in prescribed format. Open house training session for suppliers and bidders shall be conducted on 12 May 2026 at 11:00 AM in conference room of the hospital. Bid security amount is PKR 200000 with bid validity of 365 days.
