Hiring Of Cctv And Security Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of services along with equipment and accessories for installation of CCTV cameras walkthrough gates and internet connectivity arrangements for Muharram Chehlum Hazrat Imam Husain Eid Milad Un Nabi and other government events in all tehsils of District Rahim Yar Khan for financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27 through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested firms companies sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities and E-PADS are eligible to participate. Original bid security equal to 3 percent of estimated procurement price must be submitted in sealed envelope before closing time and scanned copy uploaded on E-PADS. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 5 percent in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order from scheduled bank. Bid validity shall remain valid for 120 days from last submission date.
