Rehabilitation Area Development Scheme Dunyapur Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation works for ADS-II Dunyapur through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Interested contractors and firms registered with E-PADS FBR and PRA having active tax filer NTN and PNTN are eligible to participate. Technical and financial bids are required to be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of Bank Guarantee or CDR valid for bid validity period plus 20 days must be uploaded in soft copy and submitted in original before bid closing time. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for financial bid opening. Conditional bids hand delivered bids and percentage quotations shall not be accepted.
