Surgical Disposable Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of surgical and disposable items on annual running rate contract basis for financial year 2026-27 for tertiary care and secondary care hospitals situated in different cities of Pakistan. Sealed tenders and soft copies are invited under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedure from eligible bidders suppliers and manufacturers on FOR basis and as required basis. Tender documents terms conditions and specified proposal formats are available on PPRA website. Tender fee of Rs. 2,000 per package in shape of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Head LAO Public Sector General Hospital Islamabad must be submitted with technical proposal. Technical and financial specifications along with rates of generics and prequalified brands shall be quoted only in prescribed tender files. Duly filled soft copy proposals on CD along with signed and stamped printouts are mandatory. Proposals without prescribed format shall not be accepted. Competent authority reserves right to reject any or all tenders.
