It Equipment Parts Web Hosting Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of parts for repair of laptops desktops printers and network equipment along with web hosting services through sealed bids from firms registered with relevant tax departments and listed on Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rule 36(a) using open competitive bidding. Bidding documents containing procurement method submission procedure evaluation criteria performance guarantee and bid validity requirements are available on E-PADS against document fee of Rs. 5000. Mandatory bid security of Rs. 100000 in shape of pay order online transfer or deposit in designated account of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan must be presented at opening time. Procuring authority reserves right to reject any or all bids and annul bidding process in accordance with procurement rules.
