Procurement Security Items Hiring Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and hiring of services for provision of miscellaneous and security items transport CCTV cameras vehicles and event related services for Muharram Chehlum Hazrat Imam Husain Eid Milad-un-Nabi and other events in all tehsils of District Toba Tek Singh. Procurement includes installation of CCTV cameras hiring of vehicles and transport hiring of security and miscellaneous items purchase of security and miscellaneous items and purchase of equipment and accessories for CCTV cameras. Estimated cost is Rs.20,000,000 with bid security of Rs.1,000,000 at 5% of estimated price. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested firms companies sole proprietors and suppliers registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments and registered on E-PADS may participate. Bid documents are available on E-PADS and PPRA websites. Original bid security in sealed envelope must be submitted till 01 June 2026 at 02:00 PM and bids will be opened at 02:30 PM in office of Deputy Commissioner Toba Tek Singh in presence of bidder representatives. Bid validity period shall be 120 days and successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee at 5%. Procuring agency reserves right to reject proposals prior to acceptance. Pro Tip Short Paragraph
