Repair Rehabilitation Disposal Stations Tender Notice
Description
Tender for repair and rehabilitation of civil works at different disposal stations under WASA Layyah. Estimated cost is Rs.7.499 million with earnest money amounting to Rs.0.375 million at 5% of estimated cost. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS in accordance with PPRA E-Tendering Rules for engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council category C-6 or above and registered on Punjab EPADS website. Bidders must upload bid security in shape of CDR in favor of Director Finance WASA Layyah and submit original CDR in sealed envelope before bid submission deadline at office of Deputy Director Engineering WASA Layyah Railway Road Layyah. E-bids must be submitted before 25 May 2026 at 12:00 PM and bids will be opened on same day at 12:30 PM. Contractors quoting more than 5% below DNIT shall deposit additional security in shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee. Procurement shall follow PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Conditional or fake documents shall lead to disqualification and blacklisting. Bid validity shall remain valid for 120 days. Pro Tip Short Paragraph
