Construction and municipal works including construction of temporary walls on main roads and adjacent streets during Urs Mubarak Hazrat Baba Farid-ud-Din Masood Gunj-e-Shakar 2026 - patch work repair and rehabilitation of different roads in city areas - temporary fixing and dismantling of railing razor wire and barbed wire with painting works during Urs Mubarak - temporary fixing and dismantling of iron gates and allied labour works - provision of temporary shamiyana tents qanats chairs tables jugs glasses and meals for duty staff on rental basis during Urs Mubarak and Moharram-ul-Haram 2026 - provision of temporary light systems including tubes bulbs generators sound systems and speakers on rental basis - provision of street light materials and other lighting materials. E-bids are invited through E-PADS under single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals in PDF format. Bid security in the form of CDR is mandatory. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders only will be opened. Additional performance security is required if quoted rates exceed 5% of estimated cost. Fake documents or securities will result in blacklisting and reporting to PPRA and PEC. Original bid security must be submitted before bid closing time.
