Security Surveillance Event Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for installation of CCTV security cameras walk through gates online networking transportation and miscellaneous security services during Muharram Chehlum Rabi ul Awal Christmas Easter Youm-e-Ali Ramzan ul Mubarak and other events during financial year 2026-27 within District Layyah. Procurement includes CCTV installation services rental basis operations online monitoring systems database and control room establishment provision of vehicles with drivers and miscellaneous security equipment. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules and bids must be submitted through E-PADS only. Vendors must submit separate lot wise rates and provide bid security equal to 3 percent of estimated lot value in favor of Deputy Commissioner Layyah. Successful bidders shall provide performance guarantee at 2 percent of estimated cost. Procuring agency reserves right to reject proposals before acceptance.
