Street Light Poles Led Lights Installation Tender Notice
Description
Providing and fixing street light poles and LED lights from Rest House Jhang Road to Jhang Bypass and Canal Road Chungi to DHQ Hospital Rajana Road in Toba Tek Singh including installation and related electrical works. Procurement shall be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering and E-Bidding system using EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure. Interested contractors and engineering firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and Punjab PPRA website are eligible to participate. Bid documents are available on E-PAD system and PPRA website. Bidders are required to upload earnest money in the form of CDR equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in favour of Chief Officer District Council Toba Tek Singh and submit original CDR before opening time. Fake information or forged documents shall lead to disqualification and blacklisting recommendations to PPRA and PEC. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 and additional performance security may apply under PLGW Rules and PPRA Rules. Pro Tip: Bidders should upload bids on EPADS portal well before the deadline to avoid technical submission issues.
