Video Link Equipment Computers Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Sealed electronic tenders are invited for purchase of video link equipment including computers, LED displays and related items for Peshawar High Court Peshawar through E-PAD system. Details of items, specifications and quantities are available in bidding documents obtainable from office of Director IT or downloadable from KPPRA and Peshawar High Court websites. Tenders must be accompanied with call deposit as earnest money amounting to 2% of total amount in the name of Registrar Peshawar High Court. Successful bidder shall deposit security amount under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods Works and Services Rules 2014 and supply items within fifteen days after issuance of supply order. Failure to supply within stipulated period or supply below standard items shall result in forfeiture of earnest money. Procuring authority reserves the right to reject bids before award of contract.
