Description
Tender for rights to collect toll tax at Sidhnai Barrage for period from 2026-07-01 to 2027-06-30 through e-Tendering under Single Stage procedure according to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Revised reserve price approved at 23,656,693 and bidders may quote rates through EPADS before 2026-06-01 at 12:00 PM with opening at 12:30 PM on the same day. Original bid security instrument amounting to 5 percent of reserve price must be submitted before e-bid submission deadline. Successful bidder shall pay bid amount in twelve equal advance installments and provide 10 percent bank guarantee of total bid amount. Conditional bids will not be entertained and all operational expenses shall be borne by lessee.
