Hiring Of Event Management Firm Under Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Human Rights And Minority Affairs Department Government Of Punjab invites sealed electronic bids under framework contract for hiring of event management firm through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms companies sole proprietors and suppliers registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities may participate. Estimated contract amount is PKR 450,000,000 with bid security of PKR 9,000,000 equal to 2% of estimated amount including taxes. Electronic bids must be uploaded through EPADS and shall be opened electronically in committee room of HR&MA Department Lahore. Bid validity period shall remain valid for 120 days.
