Hiring Of Event Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of non-consultancy event management services for activities planned during FY 2025-26 including complete event planning coordination logistics and execution support. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are invited to submit electronic bids only through EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order Banker's Cheque Bank Guarantee or Bid Securing Declaration as prescribed in the bidding documents. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms conditions specifications and requirements are available on EPADS. Bid opening shall take place on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bid security amount is PKR 125,000 and bid validity shall remain 90 days. Pro Tip: Event management firms should ensure EPADS v2.0 registration and submit complete technical and financial proposals with all mandatory supporting documents for responsive evaluation.
