Prequalification and empanelment of service providers under framework arrangement for communication and event services including event management services digital campaigns video production film production documentary production and creative services under Development Communication Project. This is a prequalification exercise only and financial proposals are not required at this stage. Applications must be submitted in accordance with prescribed prequalification documents available on PPRA and procuring agency websites. Bid opening shall take place at 03:00 PM after submission deadline.
