Improvement Upgradation Hiran Minar Works Tender Notice
Description
Improvement and upgradation works at Hiran Minar District Sheikhupura Group-A through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 amended from time to time. Eligible firms having relevant experience valid PEC registration NTN PNTN and required public sector work orders and completion certificates may participate. Electronic bids must include registration documents CNIC PEC license active NTN and PNTN certificates and completed DNIT BOQs and rate analysis documents. Earnest money equal to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee in favor of Director General Archaeology is mandatory and original instrument must be submitted physically before bid submission closing time. Incomplete bids blank BOQs or missing mandatory documents will be treated as non-responsive. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Bidders should completely fill all BOQ and rate analysis entries because incomplete financial submissions will be excluded from competition.
