Consultancy Services For Design Vetting And Supervision Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of consultancy services for design vetting and top supervision services under single stage two envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested consultancy firms meeting eligibility criteria specified in request for proposal document may submit electronic proposals through EPADS along with technical and financial proposals complete in all respects. Bid security amounting to Rs. 0.5 million in shape of CDR or Bank Draft is mandatory within technical proposal and tender processing fee of Rs. 5000 in shape of pay order or demand draft must accompany proposal. Pre-bid meeting shall be held as per notified schedule. Firms must possess valid registration active taxpayer status with FBR relevant technical and financial expertise and absence of conflict of interest.
