Supply Of Office Equipment Furniture And Stationery Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of office and operational items including - L.T Equipment - Plant and Machinery - Furniture - Stationery from well reputed registered firms. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope method with separate technical and financial bids enclosed in sealed envelopes. Offered rates must include all applicable taxes and remain valid till 30 June 2026. Bid security amounting to 2 percent of offered rate is mandatory for each item and bidders must provide authorization certificates affidavit against blacklisting and confirmation regarding genuineness of supplied items. Successful bidders shall supply brand new defect free items strictly according to specifications provided in tender documents. Incomplete bids shall not be entertained and procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must reach office before deadline and will be opened in presence of bidder representatives.
