Description
Procurement of information technology equipment and office furniture including - Purchase and installation of SMD displays with public address system - PVC card printer with laminating machine and cards UPS - All in One PCs AI deep learning GPU based PCs servers photocopiers - Work station furniture - Wireless keyboard and mouse sets wireless presenters external HDDs and USB pen drives. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS 2.0 under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Separate technical and financial proposals are required and prices must include all taxes duties installation and training. Bidders may quote for one or multiple lots. Bid security in physical form is mandatory before opening of bids. Eligible bidders must possess NTN GST registration active taxpayer status relevant experience manufacturer authorization and after sales support capability and should not be blacklisted by any government entity.
