Procurement and rate contracting under framework agreement for supply of contraceptive and family planning items including - Combine Oral Contraceptive COC - DMPA Injection 3 Months - Progestogen Only Pills POP - Emergency Contraceptive Pills ECP - Male Latex Condom - Intra Uterine Contraceptive Device IUCD - Implants Single and Double Rod - Disposable Auto Disable Syringes for Injectable Contraceptives. Electronic bids are invited from eligible manufacturers and authorized importers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and active taxpayer status through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Mandatory bid security in shape of CDR or permissible financial instrument is required as specified in bidding documents. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately and technical bids will be opened in presence of bidder representatives. Pre bid meeting will be held on 21-05-2026 at 11:00 AM. Incomplete or late bids shall not be entertained and procuring entity reserves the right to reject bids under KPPRA Rules 2014.
