Operations management and maintenance services for toll plaza at Islam Headworks including collection of advance monthly net guarantee toll revenue and applicable taxes for period from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Punjab Irrigation Department invites sealed bids from eligible service providers capable of managing toll operations and maintaining facilities. Reserve price for one year contract is fixed at Rs 95.916 million exclusive of taxes and bid security amounting to 5 percent of reserve price is mandatory in shape of call deposit or bank guarantee from scheduled bank. Successful bidder shall deposit monthly advance installments taxes and 10 percent bank guarantee within prescribed timelines. Bidders must provide notarized undertaking confirming non-blacklisting and accuracy of submitted information.
