Description
Framework rate contract for purchase and supply of specialized disposable items for PIC Bahawalpur for financial year 2026-27 on FOR basis through E-PADS. Manufacturers importers and sole agents registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments are eligible to participate. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated cost in favor of Principal QAMC and Allied Institutions Bahawalpur is compulsory. Firms under disciplinary action or blacklisted by procuring agency or PPRA are not eligible.
