Lab Equipment Pharmacy Department Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for purchase of laboratory equipment for Department of Pharmacy under project Strengthening of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan funded by Higher Education Commission through single stage two envelope procedure. Procurement is open to original manufacturers sole authorized distributors and suppliers registered with FBR and appearing on ATL. Bidders shall submit technical and financial bids through EPADS accompanied by earnest money amounting to 2% of quoted bid cost and tender fee. Payment shall be made through Letter of Credit on CIF basis in USD directly to principal manufacturer by the university. Technical bids shall be evaluated as per criteria in standard bidding documents and only technically qualified firms shall proceed to financial opening.
