Rehabilitation And Asphalt Surfacing Road Works Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation and asphalt surfacing works for Sarai Chowk to Arra Rawal Road District Chakwal including lane marking and installation of cat eyes under PPRA E-Tendering System. Engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on Punjab PPRA EPADS are eligible to participate. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost amounting to Rs.16,988,460 in shape of CDR is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before opening of bids. Lowest evaluated bidder shall submit performance guarantee equal to 5% of bid amount within 15 days. Contractors are required to quote item-wise rates and percentage-based quotations will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 03-06-2026 at 02:00 PM at Commissioner Office Rawalpindi Division. Estimated project cost is Rs.849,423,023 with completion period of 12 months. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rules.
